Scope of Services

"Integrated Outplacement" helps organizations handle difficult partings. This primarily concerns deserving employees, who have to be made redundant as a result of reorganization measures and downsizing of the workforce. We primarily aim at accompanying these employees in such a way that any problems arising out of the redundancy are immediately recognized and handled in a competent manner. Involving the family or partners, where possible, is a fundamental part of our approach.
