Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)
PROFESSIONAL, CONFIDENTIAL CONSULTING SERVICES FOR PERSONS DEALING WITH CHALLENGING LIFE EVENTS, INTERPERSONAL CONFLICTS AND HEALTH RISK FACTORS. EFFECTIVE AND LASTING PROBLEM RESOLUTION AND CONCRETE PRACTICAL SUGGESTIONS.
Scope of Services
Our employee assistance programs (EAP) focus on the proven problem resolution approach developed at the Mental Research Institute (MRI) for coping with challenging life events, handling interpersonal conflicts and other stress factors that represent a health risk and lead to loss of performance.
Contrary to lengthy searches to identify what caused the problem in the first place, this approach focuses on the present. We first concentrate on descriptions of what is not working. Together with our clients we are then capable of developing an alternative way of handling life situations. The resulting solution-oriented behavior enables our clients to change their current situation and adopt a new perspective on the problem they are experiencing.
"If you want something different, you're going to have to do something different!"
Prof. Dr. Paul Watzlawick, Mental Research Institute, MRI, Palo Alto, California
We review the counseling process in terms of its structure and content. Statistics and reporting deliver qualitative and quantitative results, allowing us to analyze ongoing or potential problem areas, define priorities, and implement targeted and preventive measures and evaluate them later. Ultimately, this results in a culture of continuous enhancement processes.
Our Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) are part of the strategic human resources management and inform us about possible risks in the area of Human Resources, which is central to all businesses.
